Preparation of porous TiO2 nanofibers for the desensitized solar cell(DSSC) by electorspinning and calcinations process |
초록 |
High porous TiO2 nanofibers were prepared for DSSC. The surface morphology of nanofibers was examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The average diameter of these nanofibers was ~800nm. Porosity of nanofibers was characterized using brunauer emmett teller (BET). Structures of composite were characterized using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Structure of the sintered composite was characterized using themogravimetric analysis - differential scanning calorimetry (TGA-DSC). There are two endothermic peaks at 360℃and 550℃ which indicate the degradation of polyvinylpyrrolydone (PVP) and the formation of TiO2 respectively. |
