제목 Effects of BeSO4-modified photoelectrodes on the photovoltaic properties of dye-sensitized solar cells
초록 This work reports on the preparation of surface-modified TiO2 photoelectrodes by dip coating process and effects on the photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The surface of TiO2 deposited on F-doped SnO2 (FTO) was modified by soaking it in an aqueous BeSO4 solution, and then drying to produce the BeSO4-treated photoelectrode (BeSO4-TiO2/FTO). DSSCs with BeSO4-TiO2/FTO electrodes showed an increase in open circuit voltage and short circuit current.
