ε-type copperphthalocyanine (ε-CuPc) has been used as high quality color filter material, liquid crystal display (LCD) and electronic material due to its unique reddish blue and bright hue. In this study, nanocrystalline ε-CuPc was synthesized for different kind of solvents, different reaction time and various bead through seed process. The crystal structure and size of samples were measured by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and particle size analysis (PSA), respectively. The morphology of ε-CuPc was analyzed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). |
