제목 Synthesis and Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane using Modified Ionomer
초록 Solvent-based polyurethanes are being restricted in their traditional applications, in many countries due to the environmental regulations. Waterborne polyurethane were dispersed in the aqueous phase by neutralization emulsification. Waterborne polyurethane were electrostatically stabilized with carboxyl- and sulfonate group incorporated into their particles, which were neutralized by triethylamine. However, waterborne polyurethane is vulnerable to the gradual hydrolysis of the carboxyl- and sulfonate group. In this work, waterborne polyurethane were prepared from polyester polyol, H12MDI, DMPA, and SP (sulfopropylatedpolypropyleneglycol-α,ω-Diamine). Some mechanical properties of cast films obtained from waterborne polyurethane were evaluated.
