Screening of Medium constituents using Plackett-Burman method for Ansamitocin P-3 production by Actinosynnema pretiosum AT-3 |
| 초록 |
Ansamitocins are extremely potent antitumor agents. Among these, ansamitocin P-3 is the most desired compound that has a high potential as an antitumor drug. The Plackett-Burman statistical experimental design was employed to evaluate the relative importance of various medium constituents for ansamitocin P-3 production by Actinosynnema pretiosum AT-3. It was found that glucose, yeast extract, malt extract, lactose, KH2PO4 and CaCO3, significantly influence ansamitocin P-3 production. |
