제목 | Chemically stable perovskite QDs and LED applications |
초록 | The perovskite quantum dots (QDs) have attracted significant interest due to their outstanding opto-electrical properties. However, developing a technology for high-resolution patterning of perovskite QDs remains challenging, owing to the poor chemical stability of these materials. In this work, the defect generation in the surface was minimized by controlling the ligand-binding kinetics using a stable ligand system (Stable LS). The UV-crosslinked perovskite QD film prohibit the penetration of moisture, thus, it shows excellent chemical and environmental stabilities without substantial deterioration in opto-electrical properties. |
