Blends of conjugated polymers are of growing interest in organic electronics and optoelectronics, including organic light-emitting diodes, light-emitting electrochemical cells (LEC), photovoltaic cells, and thin film transistors. In general, blends and other multicomponent polymer systems offer the means to combine many functions and properties in one material and allow rapid tunability and optimization of properties. In OLEC, by controlling the energy transfer between blend components of an active layer, the desired emission color could be achieved. Herein, we report by changing the blend ratio of poly(9,9-dihexylfluorene) (PFO) and poly(2-methoxy-5(2’-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene-1,4- phenylenevinylene) (MEH- PPV), the white electroluminescence is obtained. |
