제목 Paramagnetic Metal-loaded Polymeric Nanoparticles for Enhanced MRI Contrasting Effect
초록 We present a facile construction method of paramagnetic MnII-incorporated nanoparticles by a direct conjugation of polyvalent MnII ions on the self-assembled polymeric nanoparticles, which were composed of pyrene-end-modified double-hydrophilic block-copolymers. MnII-chelation can be easily monitored by the excimeric fluorescence of pyrene terminal ends, and the gel-like structure of MnII-bound interior allows for the efficient water penetration, which is highly beneficial for enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) contrasting effect.
