제목 | PVDF-based Flexible Piezoelectric Energy Harvester with Hybrid Electrodes consisting of AgNWs and PEDOT:PSS |
초록 | Piezoelectric energy harvester that generates electricity from mechanical energy is one of next generation energy technology. Ceramics have large piezoelectric constant, but hard and fragile. Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) as flexibility, impact resistance and chemically stability is capable of applying the flexible device but low piezoelectric constant. AgNWs with excellent electrical properties is one of the most conductive materials but it is not uniform and has a large electrical variation. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonic acid)(PEDOT:PSS), a good organic conductive material, can be processed in solution and forms an uniform thin film by filling the random networks of AgNWs. In this study, PVDF based piezoelectric devices were fabricated using AgNWs and PEDOT:PSS as hybrid electrodes. The fabricated devices were tested by home-made tester, measured using 4 point probe measurement, digital multimeter and so on. |
