제목 Development of a novelnanosized complexfor the sustainable slow releasing of chemicals
초록 In this study, we addressed a novel nanosized curdlan-silica complex, which is curdlan bound to silica, for the development of a sustain-releasing drug formulation. SEM and TEM showed that the nanosized curdlan-silica complex has a particle size ranging from 30 to 100 nm and high stability. Also we detected that MgSO4 was distributed inner the complex by EDS analysis. The concentration of MgSO4 released from the complex in water was measured by performing the Ion Chromatography (IC). Our results suggested that the nano-complex can be applicable to use in various sustain-releasing formulation for the development of DDS and PDS.
