제목 Synthesis of defect-healing reduced graphene oxide/polyimide nanocomposites and mechanical properties.
초록 We report an effective way to fabricate mechanically strong and multifunctional polyimide (PI) nanocomposites using chemically functionalized reduced graphene oxide (CRG) produced by defect-healing of reduced graphene oxide. A chemical defect healing of reduced graphene oxide was carried out via intramolecular cross-dehydrogenative coupling (ICDC) with FeCl3. The Raman intensity ratio of the G-band to the D-band, the IG=ID ratio, of the RGO was increased from 1.18 to 1.56 after the ICDC reaction. A series of defect-healing reduced graphene oxide/polyimide nanocomposite (H-rGO/PI) films were fabricated by in situ polymerization. H-rGO/PI films were characterized by universal testing machine (UTM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). In this study, we will discuss the properties of the nanocomposite films such as mechanical properties, thermal stability.
