Charateristics of UV-curable nanocomposites by cross link density |
초록 |
Nanocomposite materials of nanoclay exfoliated in a crosslinked polymer coated on PI film were prepared by UV-curing system using an epoxy-acrylic oligomer and multifunctional acrylic monomers. The flexibility was followed by universal testing machine (UTM) through a decrease in high multifuntionality acrylic monomer. Exfoliation of the nanoparticles was charaterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The UV-curing reaction was followed by infrared spectroscopy (IR) through a decrease upon UV exposure of the characteristic IR peak of the acylate double bond. |
