제목 Thermophotovoltaic cell emitter condition optimization with diverse ceramic candidates
초록 These days there is much attention on Thermophotovoltaic(TPV)cell for creating electric resource from radiation caused by heat. TPV cell aims specific range of wavelength as conversion target. Emitter does this role and it must stand high temperature over 1000℃ in TPV cell combustor. In terms of heat resistance, ceramic has its own advantage. There are few candidates in the ceramic field which can be applied in to emitter with proper radiation spectrum. In this time, We made emitter with few groups like Magnesium oxide(MgO), Nickel oxide(NiO), Erbium oxide(Er2O3), Molybdenum disilicide(MoSi2) etc. And we analyzed absorption/reflection spectrum and conducted TPV module test. Then we compared character of each spectrum and optimized the kind of material and recipe. This will suggest the better way to design the condition of ceramic emitter.
