제목 A Novel Diazide Monomer and Dialkyne Monomer for Click Chemistry
초록 Click chemistry is powerful strategy relies mainly upon the construction of carbon-geteroatom bonds. “Click” chemistry has nowadays also been introduced in dendrimer and polymer synthesis and utilized to cross-link block copolymer vesicles. Extremely high yields (usually above 95%) are combined with a high tolerance of functional groups and reactions running at moderate temperatures (25°C - 70 °C).  
In this study, we desinged novel difunctional monomer for azide/alkyne click chemistry. α,α‘-Dichloro-p-xylene was converted into diazide monomer in the presence of NaN3/Acetonitrile at 78℃ and Sulfonyl diphenol was converted into dialkyne monomer in the presence of propagyl bromide/THF at R.T..Characterization by NMR spectruscopy, Elemental analysis, Gas Chromatography, FT-IR.
