제목 Preparation and Characterization of UV Curable Polyurethane Dispersions
초록 Tack is defined as the property to form a connection fo measurable strength to a substrate under usually slight pressure after short contact time1.
The tack-free before cure feature of UV curable polyurethane dispersions(UV-PUD) is important factor in the field of resilient flooring because the surface can be embossed thermally before curing without sticking to the embossing rolls.
Tack is influenced by molecular weight and structure of polymer. In this experiment we used tri-functional polyol(GP-600) to prepare the tack-free UV-PUD. UV-PUD which is tack free prior to cure was designed with three acrylate end groups to increase the crosslinking density. Consequently it was tack-free before cure and gave high tensile stress and hardness due to high crosslinking density. Tensile behavior(UTM), dynamic thermal mechanical properties(DMTA), hardness, gel content were measured for investigating physical property of UV-PUD film
