제목 | Prior to Cure Tack in UV curable Polyurethane Dispersions |
초록 | Tack is defined as the property to form a connection of measurable strength to a substrate under usually slight pressure after short contact time. The tack-free before cure of UV curable polyurethane dispersions(UV-PUD) is important factor in the field of resilient flooring because the surface can be embossed thermally before curing without sticking to the embossing rolls. Therefore the most important factor to control tack is mobility of polymer chains. In this experiment we observed tack behavior prior to cure through mobility control of polymer chain. The mobility control was made by polyol molecular weight, prepolymer molecular weight, and using multi functional agent. |
