Nanoparticles are intensively studied in recent years because of their potentials in catalysis, optical, mechanical and electronic devices. These nanoparticles properties, the catalytic and electrical activity, thermodynamic and chemical properties, are dependent on their size. In this study, we reported the effect of temperature and pH on the formation of silver nanopaticles. Poly(vinyl alcohol), maltose and silver nitrate were used as stabilizer, reductant and silver nanoparticle precursor, respectively. |
