| 제목 | Fabrication of paste for FED using SWCNT |
| 초록 | SWCNT(Single Wall Carbon Nanotube) paste has been prepared by mixing of SWCNT, binder, terpineol, and additives such as Ag powder and frit glass. The composition of the mixture was varied to control the viscosity. The SWCNT paste was prepared by 3-roll milling process of the mixture. The FED panal has been fabricated using photo process. The characteristic of CNT paste has been studied. |
