제목 Poly(acrylonitrile)-Based Porous Membrane for Solid Polymer Electrolyte
초록 Lithium-Ion Battery (LIB) has a safety issues on using conventional liquid electrolytes despite having a high energy storage system. To substitute for such organic liquid electrolytes, solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) are investigated because of their rigid, non-volatile properties. However, SPEs have a low ionic conductivity at a room temperature. Here, in order to improve the conductivity for LIB, solvating lithium salts are combined with a porous polymer membrane. In this study, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as a membrane, allowing for the construction of a bicontinuous structure via a thermally induced phase separation method, has a high surface area that produces ion channels. After blending with a mixture of a plastic crystal succinonitrile (SN) and a weak-binding lithium salt (LiTFSI), PAN-based SPEs can be prepared. The effect of SN/LiTFSI contents on ionic conductivity, morphology, and specific surface area is investigated by an impedance spectroscopy, FE-SEM and BET, respectively.
