Recently, scientists are doing research on the effects of electro-conductivity on various polymer. Carbon nanotube was the most excellent thermal, mechanical, electrical properties to make conductivity materials. And, Polyurethane(PU) is an important class of polymers that have found many applications due to their excellent morphology, chemical and mechanical properties. In this study, CNTs were functionalized by grafting various isocyanate to form a PU/MWNTs composite. These functionalized CNTs was crosslinked with polyethylenegrycol(PEG) having a 1450 molecular weight. We change hard segment (MDI,TDI) in PU/MWNTs composite. The effect of PU segment depends change on the electronic conductivity for PU/MWNTs polymer was investigated by changing hard segment and soft segment in PU structure. The dispersity of CNT in the PU matrix was correlated by its electro-conductivities to make a conductive adhesive. |
