Fabrication and characterization of silica thin film with polyphenolic compound |
초록 |
Silica thin films were widely used in various application such as wettability control, microelectronics and biomedical. In this work, we fabricated silica thin films using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) which commonly used as silica formation precursor based on polyphenol-metal complex of Fe(Ⅲ)-Tannic acid(TA). TA was known for being interaction with silicic acid and material-independent nanocoating with metal ions. The silica films with Fe(Ⅲ)-TA priming layer was formed on various substrates and characterized properties of films. We envisioned that the silica thin films will be applicable to diverse fields of industry and bio-based technologies. |
