제목 유기오염물질 분해를 위한 TiO2 광촉매 고정 및 고정된 광촉매의 열처리 조건 최적화 연구
초록 We studied photo-catalytic treatment of organic pollutants by using immobilized TiO2 photo-catalysts. First, we prepared immobilized TiO2 photo-catalysts with various spin coating velocity. We found that the optimized spin coating velocity was 3000rpm. Second, we studied post-annealing temperature effect on the photo-catalytic activities of immobilized TiO2 photo-catalysts. We found that the TiO2 precursor films were crystallized to anatase crystalline phase at 450℃ ~ 550℃ and the optimized temperature was 550℃. [64.1% dye(C.I : Basic_blue_26) was degraded under UV irradiation for 1hr] We suggest that the immobilized TiO2 photo-catalysts be applied to the treatment of dye pollutants.
