Efficient white organic light-emitting diodes based on PVK doped with iridium complexes. |
| 초록 |
By doping blue and red phosphorescent dyes into polymer host PVK, a highly efficient white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) with Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage coordinates of (0.45, 0.41) at 18 V is exhibited. The optimized the WOLEDs, based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK:OXD-7:blue: red iridium complex/OXD-7/LiF/Al configuration, have a maximum external quantum efficiency of 7.58 % and a luminance efficiency of 16.31 cd/A. |
