In this study, solid-liquid equilibria(SLE) model was applied to fatty acid partitioning when a solid melt occuring latent heat. Fatty acids that occur while the latent heat of solidification were measured in the Solid-Liquid Equilibra graph and measuring solid-liquid equilibrium data compared van Laar, Wilson, NRTL, UNIQUAC nonideal model, determining the non ideal partitioning behavior for each solid-liquid pairs. Then, nonideal partitioning behaviorswere presented quantitavely with activity coefficient foreach fatty acid-solvent pairs. |
