Fabrication of anodic aluminium oxide on ITO coated glass for application of solar cells. |
| 초록 |
Thin film anodic aluminium oxide(AAO) template is fabricated on indium tin oxide(ITO) coated glass for directly applied nanostructure. SiO2 and aluminium thin layers were deposited on ITO glass by DC magnetron sputtering. Each layer thickness is 15nm, 1µm respectively, and a SiO2 film improves adhesion between the ITO and aluminium layer. The completely anodized aluminium layer become transparent and thicker and has a parallel porous structure. A formed bottom barrier layer can be readily removed through a chemical dissolution to expose a underlying conductive ITO layer. We will electrodeposite CdS through this AAO template for the fomation of CdS nanostructures. |
