Synthesis and Characterization of High Refractive Index Poly acrylate Derived from 1,5-Bis[(2-Acryloylenethyl]-3,4-Ethylenedithiothiophene |
초록 |
New thermoset polymer containing sulfur atom was synthesized to improve refractive index. The polymer derived from 1,5-Bis[(2-acryloylenethyl]-3,4-ethylenedithiothiophene (BASEDTT) was prepared by photopolymerization under UV irradiation. The polymer showed high transparency, 80% at 450nm. This polymer exhibited good thermal property such as 10% weight loss temperature at 312.4℃ and glass transition temperature (Tg) in the range of 125-139℃. Also this polymer showed good optical properties such as refractive index of 1.6467 and low birefringence of 0.00013 at 637nm. |
