제목 Cure Kinetics of New Methacrylate Prepolymer Containing Cyclohexane Moiety According to the Thermal Initiator Changes I.
초록 A new methacylate type prepolymer for LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) color filter resist including cyclohexane and aromatic groups was synthesized by the reaction between epoxy resin and methacrylic acid. This prepolymer was identified by FT-NMR and FT-IR, of which acid value is 1.7 mg/g. DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter) measurements were performed to investigate the curing characteristics of it according to the change of thermal initiator. The isothermal approach over the temperature 80 ~ 95 ℃ was carried out and all kinetic parameters of the curing reaction were reported. A big difference of conversion reaction rate among the thermal initiators could not observed, however, the lowest values of critical reaction conversion, αc, was obtained in this prepolymer system using BPO(benzoyl peroxide) as thermal initiator.
