제목 Chemical resistance and adhesion strength of UV-curable adhesives with both epoxy and polyester diacrylates
초록 We prepared UV-curable adhesives with mixed oligomer of epoxy and polyester diacrylate, and the chemical resistance and adhesion strength of the cured adhesives were examined. Average tensile strength of the cured adhesives was measured to be 34.95±1.30 MPa. When the cured samples were dipped into an aqueous HF and NaOH solutions for 3 hr, their tensile strength values were reached to 47.70±1.25 and 40.20±3.46 MPa, respectively, indicating that they had excellent resistances against acid and alkali solutions. In addition, they were not swelled in various organic solvents except for dichloromethane and dimethyl acetamide. Adhesion strength, tensile strength and surface hardness of the cured adhesives were also measured with the content of crosslinker.​
