제목 Synthesis and Electroluminescent Properties of New Hole Transporting Materials Based on Carbazole Moieties
초록 Six materials (pMe-2PhCz, mMe-2PhCz, pMe-3PhCz, mMe-3PhCz, pMe-2PhCz-2Cz, and mMe-2PhCz-2Cz) were synthesized by using bromination, boration, Suzuki coupling. Six materials showed UV-Visible absorption maximum wavelength in the range of 297nm~311nm, and showed PL maximum wavelength in the range of 413nm~425nm. HOMO levels of six materials showed 5.06 eV~5.53 eV, and band gaps showed 3.64 eV~3.86 eV. Synthesized materials were used as hole transporting material (HTM) in OLED device. Among fabricated OLED devices, device using pMe-3PhCz as HTM showed 4.48 cd/A and 2.31 lm/W.
