제목 Impact of Mixed ZnO Nanoparticles and nanorods in Inverted Polymer Solar Cells
초록 we report a dramatic increase in the power conversion efficicency(PCE) of inverted polymer solar cells(IPSCs) by mixed ZnO nanoparticles(NPs) with ZnO nanorods(NRs) as an electron transport layer(ETL). ZnO NPs were synthesized using normal solution methodes and the size of ZnO NRs were controlled by changing the initial precursor concentration of ZnO NPs. The origin of the improvement is studied by investigating the influence of the morphology, recombination and transport barrier. The use of a ZnO NPs:NRs layer, especially, substantially improves the current density(Jsc) and fill factor(FF) of the cell. Based on these optimal parameters, a PCE of ~ 9% was obtained under AM1.5G 100mW/cm2 illumination.
