제목 Photo-voltaic conversion efficency  of dye –sensitized solar cell depending on the different size of Tio2 nanoparticles
초록 TIO2 nanoparticles in different particle size and thinkness have been synthesized. And the effect of tio2 nanoparticles size on the J-V characteristics in dye –sensitized solar cells ( DSSC )have been studied in this experiments. [1,2]
Tio2 nanoparticles paste were coated by doc tor blade method on metal substrate.The sizes of particles  have been controlled  to the range of 7nm-30nm and the thinkness range of 7um-14um.[5] Using these various particles, and  various particles of different thinkness TiO2 films were fabricated for the purpose of DSSC. The annealed temperature of Tio2 films are 550 (°c) In dry oxygen 3hr.[3.4]And then, The effect of IO2 nanoparticles in different particle size and thinkness were Investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Patterens, Field-emission Scanning electron Microscopy (FE-SEM )and UV-Optical Transmittance
