제목 | Photo-voltaic conversion efficency of dye –sensitized solar cell depending on the different size of Tio2 nanoparticles |
초록 | TIO2 nanoparticles in different particle size and thinkness have been synthesized. And the effect of tio2 nanoparticles size on the J-V characteristics in dye –sensitized solar cells ( DSSC )have been studied in this experiments. [1,2] Tio2 nanoparticles paste were coated by doc tor blade method on metal substrate.The sizes of particles have been controlled to the range of 7nm-30nm and the thinkness range of 7um-14um.[5] Using these various particles, and various particles of different thinkness TiO2 films were fabricated for the purpose of DSSC. The annealed temperature of Tio2 films are 550 (°c) In dry oxygen 3hr.[3.4]And then, The effect of IO2 nanoparticles in different particle size and thinkness were Investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Patterens, Field-emission Scanning electron Microscopy (FE-SEM )and UV-Optical Transmittance |
