제목 Flexible Display Substrate Based on Fluorine-Containing Polyimide and Its Nanocomposite
초록 Polyimides recently have been used as optical films as flexible display substrate because of their excellent thermal property and mechanical properties. However many aromatic polyimides have color due to their electronic conjugation. In this study, colorless polyimides were prepared based on fluorine-containing moiety, and their nanocomposite. Colorless polyimides were successfully synthesized by combination of high purity dianhydrides and diamines introducing phenoxy or thiophenyl and isomeric(m,m'-, o,p'-) diamine such as sulfonyldianiline, aminophenoxybenzene, and 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride(6FDA). We introduced organophilic layered silicate to solution and carried out their nanocomposite. Their nanocomposites were characterized by XRD and TEM. The optical property was measured by UV, hazemeter and colormeter. We will discuss the synthesis, gas barrier properties of colorless polyimides and their nanocomposites in detail.
