Dielectric elastomer actuators(DEA) and Piezoelectric materials have taken a great deal of attention as potential actuators, owing to their outstandig properties such as high electromechanical actuation strain, fast reponse, high power to mass ratio, facile proccessibility, and low cost. These actuators consist of synthetic polymer film and electrodes coated on top and bottom surface of the film. Silicone elastomer precursors composed of various vinyl contents, silicon resin contents, and molecular weights were prepared and reacted to optimize the matrix's properties. So we have found optimized concentrain of silicon resin and moleculars weights. And P(VDF-TrFE-CFE), one of the most used piezoelectric material composites with P3HT-PMMA(poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA)) showed a dramaticaly high strain than neat P(VDF-TrFE-CFE). |
