제목 Low Roll-off and High Efficiency Orange Organic Light Emitting Diodes
초록 High efficiency organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are important to reduce power consumption as well as extend device lifetime of devices. An exciplex forming co-host can be considered as an advanced quasi-host material system possessing its singlet and triplet excited state energy close to the energy difference between the LUMO of the donor and the HOMO of the acceptor of the co-host materials, which can be utilized to achieve ultimate efficiency in OLEDs. In addition, orange OLEDs with broad emission spectrum are important to achieve high colour rendering index values in white emitting OLEDs. Green and red phosphorescent dopants in a single emitting layer or two emitting layers can be used as emitting orange colour with a broad spectrum. Here we demonstrate the orange emitting OLEDs with low roll-off and high effienciency.
