With recent advance in wearable electronics, personal electronics have constantly pursued evolution to be smart, portable, and miniaturized forms. Especially, for the applications of skin-attachable wearable device, highly conformal device/skin contact is the essential component because those devices can be directly adhered onto human skin composed of curvilinear and non-flat surface. Free-standing nanomembrane (NM) that have nanoscale thicknesses of less than a few hundred nanometer can be powerful platform that offers many features unavailable with bulk materials such as high sensitivity, lightweight, and conformability. Herein, we designed highly transparent and conductive hybrid composite NM, consisting of orthogonal AgNW arrays as nano-reinforcement and polymer matrix. And, we fabricated wearable acoustic sensor with AgNW-polymer composite NM. The acoustic sensor exhibits excellent sensing capability, which can effectively recognize acoustic sound with a wide range of frequency. |
