A new drug delivery platform based on DNA nanostructures |
| 초록 |
Self-assembled DNA nanostructure is a very attractive platform for drug delivery because its size and shape can be precisely controlled by using the base complementarity of DNA. In particular, DNA tetrahedron is one of the most practical DNA nanostructures since it can be prepared by self-assembly of only four DNA strands in high yield. In this presentation, I will introduce recent research achievements using the DNA tetrahedron as a vehicle for delivery of therapeutic molecules into target cells and tissue. |
