제목 | Electrochemical sensing of biomarkers using solid state ordered porous materials (SSOPMs) |
초록 | Covalent organic frameworks (COFs), metal organic frameworks (MOFs), metal organic polyhedral (MOPs), hydrogen bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) and traditional zeolites have attracted broad attention due to their structural tunability which provides a diverse application such as adsorption, catalysis, sensing and electrochemistry. Research work focuses on the physical and chemical parameters such as crystallinity, electrical and thermal stability, charge donors and carriers, aromaticity, π electron conjugation through bonds, fluorescence and charge transfer of the two dimensional COFs, for the electrochemical sensing of biomarkers and biomolecules such as dopamine, serotonin, creatine etc, through fast scan cyclic voltammetry (FSCV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV).
