제목 Stability of Organic Field Effect Transistors using a perfluoro polymer insulator
초록 Organic field effect transistors (OFETs) based on pentacene and C60 are fabricated with a perfluouro polymer as the gate dielectric layer. The pentacene device showed the p-type field-effect mobility of 0.5cm2/V•sec and the C60 device showed n-type field-effect mobility of 0.15 cm2/V•sec. These OFETs had high electrical stability that is less mobility degradation, low threshold voltage shift and negligible current hysteresis with glass-cap passivation. It seems that hydrophobic surface characteristics of perfluouro polymer reduce interface trap sites.
