Perovskite lead halide nanocrystals have been researched intensively within the last few years. For last two years, MAPbX3 and CsPbX3 have been synthesized successful and proved their important role as a possible material to be commercialized in LED devices. However, it is still challenge to synthesize the last family member FAPbX3 with the color tunable. In this work, we show new precursor materials to synthesize successful FAPbX3 nanocrystals at room temperature, with color tunable up to infrared region (410-788nm), narrow FWHM (15-50nm), higher thermal stable compare to conventional MAPbX3 nanocrystals and PLQY up to 75%. This work will open a new class in perovskite nanocrystals, provide a promising candidate with high competitive compare the other member of lead halide nanocrystals (MAPbX3 and CsPbX3), which are have been very success for the last two years. |
