제목 Effect of Oleylamine Density of Graphene Quantum Dot Surfactants on the Shape and Internal Morphology of Block Copolymer Particles
초록 The interfacial interaction between block copolymer (BCP) chains and surfactant surrounding the emulsion droplet greatly affects the final internal morphology of BCP particles. Herein, we report a strategy for controlling the shape and internal morphology of poly(styrene-b-4-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P4VP) particles through varying the oleylamine density on Graphene Quantum dots (GQDs) surfactants. The areal density of the oleylamine ligands on GQDs is systematically controlled by changing the wieght ratio of oleylamine to GQDs. It is found that the areal density of oleylamine on GQDs is critical to control the interfacial interaction between two different Ps/P4VP domains of the BCP particles and water, thus producing convex lens-like functional bcP particle with defect-free cylindrical channels.
