제목 Transparent and Flexible PEDOT:PSS/Graphene Hybrid Films for Thermoelectric Devices
초록 We report the transparent and flexible PEDOT:PSS/graphene films obtained using layer-by-layer coating method as thermoelectric materials. PEDOT:PSS was synthesized by oxidative polymerization. After the layer-by-layer coating process, graphene films, which transferred to PET substrate, were coverd with PEDOT:PSS thin film. The results of AFM and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the synergy effect thorough composite film improved an electrical properties. The maximum electrical conductivity and power factor of PEDOT:PSS/graphene hybrid film were 1096 S/cm, 57.9 μW/m·K2, repectively. In addition, the hybrid films exhibited excellent transparency, mechanical flexibility and stability.
