Supercapacitors have recently attracted considerable attention owing to their high specific power during few seconds and exceptionally long cycle life (〉500,000 cycles) as well as low-temperature operation (under -40℃). Also, it has been used and developed such as memory back up for electric home appliance and information transport devices, renewable energy and power assist for transportation and machinery, voltage sag and renewable energy sources for stable electric power. Significantly, supercapacitor with a reduction of resistance in the cell shows superior high power characteristics. |
