Characterization of DBR Porous Silicon |

DBR porous silicon dielectric multilayers are proposed as interesting materials for application as optical components. Distributed Bragg reflectors porous silicon whose reflection wavelength maxima can be controlled is demonstrated. The photonic bands obtained varies in the layer thickness and porosity. Theoretical and experimental results have been compared. |
