제목 Porous Silicon-Based Optical Biosensor
초록 A porous silicon-based optical biosensor has been developed to quantify the biomolecules. The interferometric biosensor use a rugate-structured porous silicon encoded with multiphotonic bands. The sensor system studied consisted of a multilayer porous silicon modified with biotin and protein A. The sensor operates by measurment of the DBR filter in the white light reflection spectrum from the porous silicon layer. Molecular binding is detected as a shift in wavelength of reflection peak. The shift in the reflection peak was found to scale with the mass of analyte bound in the porou Si layer.
