Effect of divalent metal components on the catalytic performance of multicomponent bismuth molybdates (MeII9Fe3Bi1Mo12O51) for oxidative dehydrogenation of C4 raffinate-3 to 1,3-butadiene |
초록 |
Multicomponent bismuth molybdates have been considered to be efficient catalysts for oxidative dehydrogenation of n-butene to 1,3-butadiene. However, only a few studies on the multicomponent bismuth molybdate catalysts were reported in the literature, due to the difficulty in understanding their complicated compositions and structures. In this work, multicomponent bismuth molybdate catalysts with various divalent metal components were prepared by a co-precipitation method, applied to the oxidative dehydrogenation of n-butene to 1,3-butadiene. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, ICP-AES, and BET measurements. The effect of steam on the catalytic performance of multicomponent bismuth molybdate catalysts was investigated with an aim of maximizing 1,3-butadiene production (The authors acknowledge support from the Korea Energy Management Corporation : 2005-01-0090-3-010). |
