Low temperature and photocurable organic gate insulator for hysteresis free pentacene thin-film transistor |
초록 |
To realize flexible organic electronics, not only the organic semiconductor but also the solution processable gate insulator is very important. Here we introduce a photo-curable organic gate insulator based on polyimide for organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) with excellent insulating and chemical resistance. The organic insulator was prepared from a blend of 75.2 wt% hydroxyl containing polyimide (PI) (synthesized in our lab.) and 23.8 wt% trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether as the crosslinker, 0.5 wt% benzoyl peroxide, and 0.5 wt% triphenylsulfonium triflate as the photoacid generator (PAG). After spin-coating from a 5 wt% solution of the mixture (referred to here in after as PI-TTE) in r-butyrolactone Detailed synthetic route and dielectric property of PI-TTE and its application for OTFT will be discussed. |
