Perovskite solar cells (PeSCs) based on organometallic halides have attracted tremendous interest due to their high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and low manufacturing cost. Furthermore, semi-transparent PeSCs exhibiting transparent characteristics have emerged as promising candidates for commercialization of PeSCs. In this study, we investigates semi-transparent PeSCs based on the bilayered heterojunction of organometallic halides and 6,6-Phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM). As the simplest approach, we applied thin and semi-transparent metal top electrode on ITO based device structure. To optimize devices, the effect of interfacial layers on the performance and air stability has been systematically studied and will be discussed. |
