제목 Surface-induced phase behavior of cylinder forming diblock copolymer in thin film
초록 Block copolymers self-assemble into various morphologies depending on the composition of block, degree of polymerization and Flory-Huggins interaction parameter that is a function of temperature. And ordered structures can transfer another structure upon changing temperature. In thin film, structure deviations from bulk state can be observed because interfacial energy and film thickness play an important role to develop morphology. In this study, we investigated the phase transition which is induced by surface field in cylinder forming diblock copolymer thin film. We monitored ordering process using by GISAXS, and confirmed coexisting phase between Hex and HPL using TEM and TEMT (transmission electron microtomography).
