제목 Effect of film thickness on the phase behaviorsinPS-b-PI thin film
초록 Diblock copolymers self-assemble into various micro-domain morphologies. Depending on the total number of segment (N), the fraction of each block (f) and interaction parameter (χ), diblock copolymers exhibits different stable morphology. The phase behaviors in thin film are additionally influenced by the interaction with substrate and by the film thickness due to the preferential wetting of one block. In this study, we investigated the effect of the film thickness on thermal phase behaviors in polystyrene-block-polyisoprene thin film in the thickness range of 140-2400 nm, which exhibits hexagonal perforated lamellar, double gyroid and hexagonal packed cylinder morphologies at different temperature. Base on the GISAXS, TEM results, a phase diagram was reconstructed as a function of thickness and temperature. The morphology of the interfacial layer of DG phase was characterized by transmission electron microtomography.
