제목 Effect of Semiconductor Nanocrystal Surface Exchange on Bulk Hetero-Junction Solar Cells Performance
초록 We investigated blends of cadmium selenium (CdSe) nanocrystals and semiconducting polymer (P3HT) for photovoltaic applications. The effect of surface modification of CdSe nanoparticles on the cell performance were considered, by measurement of photoluminescence (PL), specific contact resistance, and power conversion efficiency. It was shown that efficiency of cells of 0.18 % can be achieved using pyridine-coated CdSe nanocrystals.
